The Walmer Castle ( Newly opened) seeking responsible Floor Supervisors

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the floor staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations
Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support as needed
Monitor food preparation and production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of supplies
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
Culinary background or training is highly desirable

Skills:

Strong supervisory and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Problemsolving skills to address issues that may arise during operations
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
£14.00-£16.00 per hour
