    • To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will have experience as a senior care assistant within a care home setting caring for older people.
    • You will hold an NVQ 3 qualification.
    • You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
    • You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
    • You will have experience and passion for supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
    • You will have the right to work within the UK. The recruitment process aims to create and maintain a safe workforce and contains robust vetting procedures. The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and Enhanced DBS check.#SCGS3 Job Types: Full-time,

    Permanent Pay:
    £12.50-£13.
