Private Equity Executive Search Research Associate

Opportunity to work as a headhunter for a leading boutique Financial Services Headhunting firm in London.

Location:
London, Central

Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000+ Basic DOE + Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established team and get esposure to a wide range of assignments.

The founder of the busines worked in Financial Services prior to working for a SHREK Search firm and setting up the business.

The new associatewill work along-side a Director who will mentor and guide them as they work their way to becoming a consultant.

This guidance and training will take the form of a group training scheme and one on one training with the in house training team, directors, managers, and senior consultants.

The role will be a mixture of Research and delivery. You will meet all candiates face to face or over VC for each assignment you work on.

Degree educated or degree calibre
Ideally from a top university
Fluent in a second European Language would be adventageous
Bright, enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic
An excellent communicator with presence and gravitas
Strong attention to detail
A strong relationship builder, team orientated and target driven
Organised and analytical to their approach their work
Initiate research projects and produce market maps
Help produce pitch documents to win retainers
Maintain company records and keep the team up to date with expert market information
Compile market maps, organisational information and indepth company reviews of top investment banks and finance houses
Build their own skill set to progress to become a consultant
