Our Sussex studio seeks a motivated and forward-thinking Senior Residential Architect with a background in successfully delivering medium to large scale housebuilder-led residential and mixed-use projects.
ECE Architecture is an award-winning AJ100 architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable designs.
ECE operates from multiple studios including Worthing seafront, Central London and Central Bristol. We specialise in a wide range of sectors, including residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality. Our practice is committed to creating inspiring spaces that enhance the lives of the people who use them, while incorporating sustainable design principles into every project.
Position Overview
As a Senior Residential Architect with ECE, you would have the opportunity to take a pivotal role in leading the design and delivery of a wide range of projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring the realisation of concepts into tangible, functional spaces.
We are seeking an individual with substantial experience in simultaneously leading multiple projects which may range from smaller infill schemes to larger urban extension projects.
Projects will include working with:
Experience should be demonstrated in preparing initial feasibility site layouts, detailed masterplans and planning application packages. Alongside this, the role will require an individual to manage a portfolio of clients.

Studio
ECE Sussex is a modern, highly sociable studio, just a stone throw from the seafront in West Sussex.
The studio is conveniently located within a short walk of Worthing and East Worthing train station and there is free parking within a 15-minute walk.
