The Role

Due to rapid growth and continuous success we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Fortem team at our Stockport branch.

Your role brings with it responsibilities and an operating manual, details the processes and "how to guides' will be provided in order to achieve success.

The Project

The role involves completing general Administration duties to a high & accurate standard, ensuring you take ownership of work and have great organisation skills, to allow you to forward plan, to meet deadlines by prioritising work.

Typical work will comprise of the following:

Inputting timesheets
Cost allocation of purchase orders
Raising of purchase orders/subcontractor orders
Stationery ordering
Filling
Answering/transferring telephone calls
Maintaining accurate records.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential:
Good telephone manner
Computer literate - Word, Excel
Office experience

Desired Criteria
Experience using PowerPoint**
Personal Qualities
