Client Service Executive
Future Value Consultants (FVC) specialises in structured products systems and research tools and has expertise and experience across many areas within investment analysis.
The company's flagship service is a web-based platform for financial advisers providing information on hundreds of investment plans per year.
Responsibilities
- Client support for ongoing business activities
- Troubleshooting queries from clients or users
- Updating our adviser website with new structured product information and analysis using existing procedures and proprietary systems
- Establish and foster relationships on behalf of the company on the phone or online, providing excellent customer service and focusing on generating new business with existing clients and users.
- Undertake proactive outbound campaigns for new service launches
- Keep abreast of regulation and market trends and identify business development opportunities
Skills & Requirements
- Motivated positive individual keen to learn, develop and contribute
- A people person and a natural communicator
- Strong administrative skills with ability to independently manage and prioritise workload with flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to grasp concepts of structured products and the company's internal systems
- Experience of working within a financial adviser/paraplanning/IFA administrator firm an advantage
Salary:
£26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
