- Development of numerous PBSA beds across the UK including Vega and The Mont in London, and Miles Yard in Vauxhall.
- Grade A refurbishment of No.1 Old Hall Street in Liverpool.
- Massive residential development project Square Gardens in Manchester featuring 2,224 apartment beds and commercial spaces.
- Providing cost advice for assessing potential PBSA/residential opportunities.
- Preparing detailed cost plans to set project budgets.
- Managing project cost plans from start to finish.
- Ensuring accurate costs and managing risks for funding requests.
- Commercial responsibility for on-site schemes, including cost reporting and dispute resolution.
- Overseeing tender documentation production and contractor/supply chain relationships.
- Knowledge of Contraction Contracts, especially JCT D&B contracts.
- Negotiating construction contracts and final account agreements.
- Preferably MRICS qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the living sector preferred.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the UK with a full driving license.
- Self-motivated and strong negotiation skills.
