If the above aim is something you want to be involved with, we are seeking to appoint a Supervisor to join us at the Yarrow Hotel.

As a Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day services across all days parts focusing on the successful delivery of service across all operational departments - Front of House, Restaurant, Bar and Events.

In this role you will also be hands on and support the duty management rota of the hotel running shifts as the duty manager ensuring our guests are delighted and have a fantastic stay with us.

About You

Each team member is expected to act as an Ambassador for The Yarrow delivering individualised and personalized services for business and leisure travellers.

Your task is to provide a personal, confident, conversational, direct and affirming service to make guests feel refreshed and recharged and want to return.

You will have complete knowledge of your hotel and local area to ensure that our guests get the most out of their stay.
