After Care Coordinatorto join our team based out of our
Bristol office.

The role

We're looking for someone to contribute to a high quality after care service from property handover through to the end of the defects period.

You will be responsible for receiving, effectively handling, and providing guidance to customers with defects-relatedqueries and on aspects of technologies within their new home.

The role will involve ensuring all aspects of the aftercare process are carried out professionally and efficiently whilst providing the highest level of customer service.

You will be liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure that information is sharedappropriately and accurately, and to ultimately seek resolution of defect matters.

What you need

A passion to deliver excellent customer service
Proven experience within a customer service, or complaintsbased role
Previous experience in a phonebased customer service role, ideally within an aftercare or housing maintenance sectors
Experience using a range of database systems and Microsoft packages
Attention to detail to ensure accurate records are maintained
