Are you a Leasehold property Paralegal looking for a new opportunity?

A successful niche firm based in Lichfield is seeking a Leasehold Property and Enfranchisement Paralegal to join their busy practice.

The successful Paralegal will provide support to the Leasehold Property team, assiting with a range of tasks including:

  • Opening files, client verification, preparing engagement packs
  • Reviewing title registers
  • Drafting a range of documents
  • Registration and requisitions
  • Setting up court hearings and preparation of bundles
  • Transfer formalities including Notices and Deeds of Covenant


The ideal Paralegal will have a minimum of 1 years' experience dealing with Leasehold property and Enfranchisement and must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure.


  • Fulltime, office based
  • 20 days holiday in addition to the office and statutory holidays
  • NEST pension scheme
- £20,000 - £25,000+ DOE
