Forest Hill

Basic £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

OTE £40,000 - £70,000 (depending on performance)
The role 5 days a week Monday to Saturday.
A weekday will be given as a day off.
Monday to Friday 9am to 6:30pm. Saturday 9 am to 4pm.


The Role
An opportunity has arisen in a highly reputable established agency. This is a fantastic role for a highly motivated individual to come in and make the role their own.


Principle Accountabilities:

  • Generating, arranging, and carrying out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market.
  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
  • Business generation creating opportunities to increase our portfolio
  • Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
  • 12 months + experience in an agency environment negotiating and valuing
  • Ideally the applicant will have a background in estate agency and familiar with setting and meeting targets for the office. They need to know the number and how top track them.
  • Be able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success
  • Have the ability to work under pressure within a fastpaced environment
  • Be a dynamic, driven and energetic individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
  • An "A player" who isn't afraid of hard work
  • Possess excellent communication skills, and be wellpresented and wellspoken
  • A key member of our team who believes in our purpose, values and culture
  • Be accurate, numerate and computer literate
  • Have a full UK clean driving licence and own car

  • Ability and desire to keep abreast of and adhere to the latest letting's legislation
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision where required
  • Ability to balance attention with strong business generation expectations
  • Expectation to regularly report to management

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
