    Base salary£24500 which includes a £100 pm fuelallowance
    OTE£35000£40000
    5 day week 1 Saturday off a month and8.306pm

    Our client is looking to expandtheir sales team. As an accomplished Sales Manager you will beleading the charge within your own patch.

    The sales manager will beproactive in the estate agent market place to create and developsales within the branch both by proactively generating leads andmanagement of sales staff. S/he will manage own time and diaryefficiently to ensure maximising potential of staff and resourcesof branch. S/he will provide a high level of accuracy and attentionto detail along with customer service and building good relationswith customers as well as colleagues across the department. S/hewill achieve targets and objectives.
    PrincipalResponsibilities
    • Actively pursue new business attendingvaluations and converting business to properties on the market byfollowing the Big Rocks.

    • Establish marketingand canvassing plan

    • Analysing market andcustomer needs and selling to those needs

    •Providing in branch training and coaching as required bystaff

    • Conduct one to one reviews andappraisals according to company standards

    •Dealing with day to day general enquiries face to face / telephoneand administration

    • Completion of allappropriate section of checklists in full and on time

    • Maximise business by actioning website and Rightmove /Zoopla enquiries

    • Ensuring branch compliancein accordance with legislation and industry approvedbodies

    • Drive lead generation throughconveyancing mortgage appointments and other third partysuppliers

    • Vendors / Buyers updates

    • Ensure all notes are completed onto the contemporaneoussoftware system
    Experience / QualitiesRequired
    • Previous experience in estate agencyexperience
    • Excellent attention to detail andmeeting deadlines
    • A good record of personaleffectiveness
    • Customer driven with a drive forresults
    • Previous People Management experience(desirable)
    • Full driving licence and access toyour own transport
