Scala Developer - 6 Month Contract (Extendable) - Hybrid - London - Outside IR3- Up to £380pdExplore Group is working with a reputable telecommunications company who are looking to add a Scala Developer to their team on an extendable contract basis.

As a Scala Developer, you will be an key member of their development team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance RESTful microservices in Scala.

You will get to contribute to their innovative projects and help shape the future of telecommunications technology.
This is a hybrid working role that requires 3 days and 2 days working remotely per week on site.
Skills requiredOver 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, specialising in Scala.
Extensive track record in architecting and implementing RESTful microservices.
Proficient in Scala, with a strong command of functional programming concepts.
Practical expertise with the Typelevel stack, Kafka, Cassandra, Kubernetes, GCP, and/or AWS.Thorough understanding of Akka and Akka Streams frameworks.
