Description
HR Advisor required for luxury goods brand - 18-month fixed term contract.
HR and Employee Relations

  • Support with all disciplinary matters and advisory queries.
  • Ensure awareness of UK legislation and best practise.
  • Employee Handbook, HR Policies, and new procedures updates
  • Notetaking in formal HR meetings and act in an advisory capacity during investigations and people meetings.
  • Advise and support in sickness absences cases in line with Company policies and processes.
  • Overseeing Right to Work with the HR Assistant.
  • Support in managing the probationary review process.
  • Hold and manage the exit interviews process.
  • Update HR Manager on all relevant information and together look to preempt any possible situations.
  • Ensure all monthly payroll activity is communicated to the Payroll, Benefits & People Analytics Manager.
  • Ensure monthly reports are shared with the HR Manager to monitor sickness, probations, fixed term contracts, long service awards and other topics where required.
Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Supporting the HR Manager with recruitment activities across all stores.
  • Ensure recruitment materials are prepared in a timely manner (e.g. job descriptions)
  • Support on additional recruitment activities in the absence of HR Manager.
  • Work in conjunction with Learning & HR Coordinator to organise inductions and ad hoc training.
Keen on attention, flexible and adaptable in their approach with a service-focussed mindset.
The role is working 4 days in their central London office, 1 from home. My role is an 18-month FTC, starting as soon as possible.
