    Spicerhaart Corporate Sales Established in 2003

    Spicerhaart Corporate Sales is an Asset Management Company that is part of the largest independent estate agency group in the UK – The Spicerhaart Group.

    The Corporate Sales team based in Blackpool provides a wide range of Property Management Services to assist banks, building societies, housing associations, property developers and other organisations in the offering bespoke property solutions for their assets.

    FULL TRAINING AND SUPPORT AS YOU DEVELOP INTO THIS ROLE IS PROVIDED BY OUR EXPEREINCED TEAM
    Managing properties in a proactive manner; working to client's service level agreements. Liaising with clients and dealing with them in line with our customer service standards and in a fair and transparent manner
    Liaising with external parties to obtain information, documentation and progress the property down the required route
    Reviewing information provided by third parties such as estate agents, surveyors and general contractors
    Creating recommendations using the information obtained along with supporting evidence where necessary to achieve objectives and goals
    Ensuring property records are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail
    Excellent organisational skills in order to ensure properties are processed efficiently and in a timely and cost-effective way
    Customer focused to deliver outstanding customer service for our clients and all third parties
    Computer Literate with experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
    Grade A - C GCSE in English and Maths or proven record of ability
    Dedicated training from day one with ongoing coaching and development to help you build your career at Spicerhaart
    You will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm in an office environment – no weekends
