Finance Assistant - Crewe

About Our Client:

Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and forward thinking business going through a period of rapid growth. They are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.


Finance Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Posting and reconciliation of Client monies.
  • Daily and monthly financed funds reconciliation and accurate posting
  • Ensure the receipt and collation of Insurer Statements as per your allocated Accounts
  • Ensure each Account is reconciled within the timeframe outlined
  • Accurately identifying the amounts payable, effectively communicating any differences to the statements
  • Accurate production of Payment Reports to be sent for authorisation and payment
  • Ensure the accurate posting of receipts in the Client account
  • Daily and weekly reconciliations of regulated client money accounts for management review.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience of working within an account's environment
  • Experience dealing with high volume with attention to detail.


  • Strong reconciliation skills

  • Desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
  • Good organisational and timemanagement skills
