_The role is offered working two days from the office and 3 from home._

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Partner to work in partnership across a variety of departments. Responsible for providing, solutions, analysis as well as adding value. Whilst ensuring business areas understand their financial processesand performance.

Duties will include

  • Proactively engage with departmental managers to improve the understanding and alignment with finance
  • Deliver excellent customer service, to pursue the resolution of weaknesses in the wider finance area
  • Interpret data and present findings to relevant department heads
  • Engage with the wider finance team, highlighting resolutions and impacts of process changes
  • Understand, translate and challenge financial management on performance issues, working with them towards commercial solutions


This exciting position requires a person to have excellent communication skills, be open and approachable whilst working collaboratively and build effective working relationships.

A positive problem solver who is also inquisitive, highly numerate and analytical.
With excellent attention to detail, you will need the confidence to question or challenge when required.

Excellent package offered with the opportunity to progress, located on the outskirts of Oxford with free parking.

You will divide your time between the office and home working.
