One of Oxford's most successful innovative companies has a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator.

Supporting the UK corporate team, this varied role will ensure procedures are followed and you will offer ideas and suggestions to a widevariety of processes.

Working closely with the Manager of Corporate Operations, duties will include:

  • Managing company travel, overseeing bookings, assisting employees with the online system
  • Assisting with queries, sharing ideas and suggestions
  • Covering reception when needed
  • Reconciling credit card payments
  • Managing health and safety records and certificates
  • Adhoc projects
  • Providing cover for any team absences

You will be a very collaborative, engaging individual, a team player who is able to adapt to a changeable environment.

With confidence, you will have the ability to use your own initiative and have the drive in communicating with all levels of staff whilstadapting to the fast-paced environment.

You will have a proven track record of administrative and office experience. Be an excellent communicator and have confidence in handling enquiries. With confidence in your ability and excellent organisational skills whilst remaining professional.
