    Description

    We are looking for motivated and enthusiasticTheatre Practitioners, experienced within the fields of Anaesthetics, Scruband Recovery to join the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn.


    You will ensure that all activities carried out are within the Queen Elizabeth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust policies and guidelines and promote the Trusts Vision and Nursing Strategy.

    You will provide team approached peri-operative care to patients undergoing surgery.


    You will provide and deliver a high standard of care through the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating individual patients' needs based on evidence and working in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team.

    You will maintain a sterile field during the surgical procedure.


    We're working on a once in a generation opportunity to build a new state-of-the-art hospital to open in 2030 and we are also carrying out on one of the biggest pieces of digital transformation work we've ever undertaken.


    Our new electronic patient record (EPR) will replace paper-based patient records from 2026 and will lead to better, safer, joined-up care at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and beyond.


    At The QEH we provide a comprehensive range of specialist, acute, obstetrics and community-based services to around 331,000 people across west and north Norfolk, North Cambs and South Lincs.

    Experience at band 5 theatre practitioner with relevant clinical experience in the UK
