My client, a privately-owned multi-faceted organisation, are seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the business owner, you will quickly become an integral part of the team as you will be responsible for the general company administration and bookkeeping, as well as being the point of contact for any customer/client queries.
Duties:
- Acting as the primary clerical support resource for internal and external customers.
- Maintaining customers' files in line with data protection requirements.
- General office administration and bookkeeping duties, including documenting invoices, updating spreadsheets and filing.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Previous experience of working in a similar position in a busy and professional environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with keen organisation skills with respect to logical filing and record keeping both paper and electronic.
- IT literacy: Able to confidently use MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Selfmotivated with an ability to effectively structure daily activities ensuring effective outcome.
