We are looking for a
College Services Advisor to join our team.
The College Services team at the Glasgow International College plays a vital role in covering all aspects of student support from welcoming them to the College to registering at their chosen university.
The team provides support across a range of areas, including student wellbeing and support, academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance, and administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Student Support Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
What you'll bring to the role
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in working in education and in particular international students.
- Confident with IT, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexibly.
- Experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative.
