This Wolverton based chiropractic clinic is looking for ambitious and motivated people to help the practice grow.

With three established sites the company can offer career progression and the opportunity to learn new skills, starting your career as one ofthe faces of our practice in Milton Keynes, working alongside the chiropractors, welcoming our clients in a friendly manner, managing the agenda, and taking payments.


_Key responsibilities_

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in clinic in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Ensuring paperwork is completed by patients
  • Managing the appointments diary using our online portal
  • Processing payments and the end of day cashing up routines.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the clinic, including some cleaning duties.
  • Answering all incoming calls in a friendly manner and responding to messages.
  • Provide a confidential, efficient, and friendly service to our patients
  • Opening the clinic at the start of day and locking up at the end of day.
  • Attendance at twice yearly team meetings some travel required for this. Dates of meetings will be communicated well in advance.


This role could be offered as a role working full time hours or as a flexible job share if you are looking for part time work.

The successful person will work Tuesday pm, Wednesday 7.30am pm and Friday 1.30 pm pm as well as everyother Saturday 8.00am pm.


There is another administrator who can be flexible with hours to work around other commitments, but these are to give you an idea of the core hours.


If you have excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, as well as the ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate excellent timekeepingand reliability then we would love to talk with you.

Good IT skills are essential as is being passionate about health and being the best version of yourself.

Some previous work experience and a minimum of 2 references required.

The salary is £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience and there is free parking, free chiropractic care and full training provided.

In addition, for the right person there are opportunitiesto develop further as a patient consultant in the practice learning why Clients visit the practice, learning to perform tests and go through evaluations with the clients and you will learn to motivate people to age healthy and fit.
