Role Overview:


We are seeking a talented Salesforce Professional to take ownership of our Salesforce org, serving as the primary point of contact for all things Salesforce-related.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively configured, customised and integrated with our suite of tools, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, HubSpot, Avalara and Conga.


Responsibilities:


Manage and maintain the Salesforce org, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, security and validation rules.

Lead initiatives to automate and streamline business processes, leveraging Salesforce automation tools such as Flow and Apex triggers.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.


Responsible for actively shaping and influencing the Salesforce strategy and entrusted with ownership of the roadmap, ensuring its alignment with overarching business objectives and driving forward the execution of key initiatives.

Configure and optimise Sales Cloud to support sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting and reporting.


Implement robust data quality protocols and processes to uphold the integrity and accuracy of the Salesforce database, ensuring seamless operations and reliable insights.

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and workflows to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Provide ongoing user support, training and documentation to ensure maximum adoption and proficiency across the organisation.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, features and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system functionality and efficiency.

Proactively identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot technical problems and escalate as needed to Salesforce support or development teams.


About You:

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of Sales/Marketing Cloud functionality and configuration.

Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems, particularly HubSpot and Conga

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and providing exceptional customer service.

Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Proficient in maintaining composure under pressure.

Adept at swiftly prioritising tasks amidst dynamic environments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of challenges.

Highly organised with planning/project skills.

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADX201) or working towards.
