Install, configure, multifunction devices, and office printers in client environments.
Conduct printer driver installations including Windows, and macOS.
Provide technical guidance to end-users on printer usage, configuration settings, and troubleshooting procedures.
Document all printer installations, configurations, and maintenance activities in our ticketing system.
