We are looking for an enthusiastic researcher to manage and lead the research and development activities of the Centre for Human and Animal diagnostics.

The main research interests and focus of this post is development of Loop Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) facilities.

The role will involve managing the lab daily, preparing bids, managing the budget and leading the research under the direction of Prof Rehman.

Main responsibilities will include working with external partners and developing commercial opportunities for the research conducted within the Centre.


The post holder will take direction and guidance from Prof Rehman and Oversee the smooth operation of the research facility, provide direction and guidance for the research facility to research assistant.

Managing all operational aspects of the research facility will be the primary responsibility.
