My client, a top international law firm, is actively recruiting for a risk and compliance professional to join them on a permanent basis in London - working as their new Compliance Officer.

As the successful Compliance Officer, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

Running and sending conflicts searches to Fee-Earners for analysis
Reviewing all new clients and maters to ensure conflicts checks have been conducted
Working alongside AML Officers to support Fee-Earners and Secretaries in ensuring all new clients and matters comply with the firms AML regulations and policies
Conducting client screening and sanctions screening
Using Intapp to review and verify client and matter records
Monitoring the team's shared mailbox
Running supplier and dealing checks
Compiling statistics and assist with compliance monitoring reviews
many more.

To qualify for this Compliance Officer position, you'll need to have/be the following:

Have previous risk and compliance experience from a top law firm, minimum of two years prior/existing experience
Be educated to degree level
Be confident in communicating with people at all levels of seniority
Experience using Intapp would be preferred
Have an active interest in compliance and current affairs
Have excellent attention to detail
