Our client is seeking a customer focused individual to join their growing team. You will need to have administration experience and a great sense of humour.
- Resolving customer queries
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to both business clients and customers providing a first class customer service experience
- Updating database
- Working as part of a close knit team
