The ideal candidate will be keen to engage in continuous improvement to recommend and implement changes that will improve the company's financial performance and financial records.

Finance Manager
Manage the performance of the Accounting team to deliver departmental objectives
Produce monthly internal and Group reports, including commentary and variance analysis
Maintain and develop the financial control framework, including accountabilities and authorities to ensure robust financial control
Management of Accounts Payable and Banking functions, including foreign exchange purchasing and exposure
Develop and enhance the reporting of financial and operational performance including cost control
Coach and develop the Accounting team
Finance Manager
Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Commercial experience
Advanced excel skills
Flexible outlook to working hours when required (month end process)
