Description

The Role


Based at the Fileder Head Office, a Customer Service Coordinator role is required to manage the complete order cycle to help build profitable and sustainable long-term relationships with customers ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction is achieved.


Working closely with colleagues in a designated territory, the Customer Service Coordinator will assist both, External Technical Account Manager and Internal Sales Coordinators ensuring that meeting actions are computed accurately and acted on promptly and efficiently ensuring that customers are provided with details in a timely manner.


The Customer Service Coordinator role will include effective liaison with all departments, orders will be processed where possible for same day despatch, taking into account delivery requirements and credit facilities whilst monitoring and maintaining any scheduled or back orders.


In addition, the Customer Service Coordinator will produce order acknowledgements, invoices, credit notes and non-conformance reports addressing any customer concerns in an appropriate manner through to preventative measures for the customer.

Office working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.


The Person

  • Proven customer service and data processing experience
  • Educated to Alevel standard (or equivalent)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Adaptable and flexible in order to handle a demanding workload
  • Experience of using CRM systems and data input
  • The ability to work within a team structure
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
