- Developing the project brief (Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risk)
- Managing tender process, arrange funding from Client, through to contract award
- Essential experience of the
- Experience as a Client Side Project Manager in delivering construction or engineering infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of standard forms of contract e.g., Experience at design team management through RIBA plan of work stages
- Experience and familiarisation of modern Project Management methodologies e.g., Experience and familiarisation of Project Management toolsets e.g. Primavera, MS Project
- Knowledge of risk management
- Degree in Surveying, Construction Management or similar ideally
- either Building Construction, Project Management, Electrical or Mechanical,
- Ideally APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent

As a Project Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of your allocated part of the infrastructure programmeDay to day, you'll manage a large number of construction and engineering projects, with both high value and significant degree of complexity.
