Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid Working (Monday to Friday)


Netwirking Recruitment are working with an award-winning finance practice in Newcastle who are providing proactive advice to businesses looking to raise growth and development capital, refinance, acquire or sell, requires a Payroll Assistatnt to join theirteam.

They were recently named one of the top financial advisers in the region and have won many awards.


The key duties of the role are:

  • Preparing weekly and monthly payrolls for various clients, including submission to HMRC and pension regulators
  • Checking own inputs to ensure accuracy and using software to create paperless files for review.
  • Payroll processing incudes all elements of payroll, such as court orders, student loans, pensions deductions, auto enrolment notices and letters and answering queries from clients.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and quality of output is of the very highest standard.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential, while remaining flexible and adaptable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
