Netwirking Recruitment are pleased to be helping a client based in County Durham who are hiring a Finance Manager.
This role includes leading a small finance team within the business and the successful person will have great autonomy to progress and developtheir career further.
Key responsibilities include;
- Work closely with the leadership team to deliver and analyse quality and accurate financial information.
- Production of financial information to support and assist general decision making across the business.
- Review of monthly management accounts including detailed monthly profit and loss reviews.
- Challenge of balance sheet reconciliations, leading to the identification of risks and opportunities.
- A key player in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Accounting for customer contracts/projects to assess profitability and cash flow.
- Overhead and cost base analysis.
- Producing year end management accounts.
- Cash flow forecasting.
About you;
- Qualified to ACA/CIMA/ACCA level or QBE.
- Experience managing staff and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage expectations and influence and converse confidently at all levels within the organisation.
- Full UK driving license required.
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
