Up to £25,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours:
Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
Location:
Harrogate/Leeds (initial training in-office, remote work thereafter)
Company Overview:
My client are an established healthcare firm with a strong presence across the UK.
As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position.
This role is integral to supporting their recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily use of the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient onboarding and minimise time to hire.
- Collaborate with Managers and Administrators to market their homes at local and regional events.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for a designated number of homes.
- Deliver tailored support to homes with high vacancy rates, ensuring timely recruitment.
- Train new management team members on the effective use of the recruitment system.
- Conduct new starter calls, addressing any inquiries about the organisation, role, and onboarding processes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment and the Resourcing & Onboarding Manager to develop, embed, and review the recruitment strategy.
- Assist in the production of weekly and monthly management reports.
- Actively participate in recruitmentbased working groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in speaking to people over the phone.
- Previous experience in recruitment is preferred, but individuals with a solid background in customer service will also be considered.
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated and proactive approach to work.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
