Up to £25,000 per annum, pro rata

Hours:
Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)

Location:
Harrogate/Leeds (initial training in-office, remote work thereafter)


Company Overview:
My client are an established healthcare firm with a strong presence across the UK.

As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position.

This role is integral to supporting their recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the daily use of the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient onboarding and minimise time to hire.
  • Collaborate with Managers and Administrators to market their homes at local and regional events.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for a designated number of homes.
  • Deliver tailored support to homes with high vacancy rates, ensuring timely recruitment.
  • Train new management team members on the effective use of the recruitment system.
  • Conduct new starter calls, addressing any inquiries about the organisation, role, and onboarding processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment and the Resourcing & Onboarding Manager to develop, embed, and review the recruitment strategy.
  • Assist in the production of weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Actively participate in recruitmentbased working groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in speaking to people over the phone.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is preferred, but individuals with a solid background in customer service will also be considered.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
