Multi-Skilled Security Installation Engineer (Fire & Security)

Salary:
£32,000pa to £35,000pa DOE

Remote Working / Field Based, Monday to Friday

Netwirking Recruitment are working alongside an established, independently owned business who design, install, maintain and monitor electronic Fire & Security systems who are searching for an experienced Multi-Skilled Security Installation Engineer to jointhem.

Your main role will be to test, fault find, do remedial works and commissioning to Fire Alarm's. You will get a company car / van, laptop and phone. You will be field based.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing and commissioning of Fire Alarms
Fault Find
Remedial works
Provide reliable and quality support to customers
Assist customers and regional team when needed
Provide assistance and training to other team members as required

What they are looking for:

Must have a high level of experience of the Fire & Security industry
Have a flexible approach to working hours when required
Excellent technical knowledge of Fire Alarms
Have a systematic/logical approach to tasks & problems
Ensure all tasks are carried out quickly & efficiently
Be presentable in person and in vehicle and tools
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Be aware of and responsible for the equipment required to complete the necessary works including emergency van stock.
Understand the need for precise completion of paperwork records of jobs and full use of PDA device.
Good knowledge of the West Midlands postcodes
Good customer service skills
The ability to think outside of the box
Excellent time keeping
