Description
What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Supporting and eventually leading the delivery of Physical Education and Sports Coaching across year groups.
  • Supporting our pastoral team.
  • Break and lunch supervision
  • Leading interventions throughout the day
  • Supporting in classrooms when not supporting in PE delivery
  • After school club
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Opportunity to obtain a L4 School Sports Coach apprenticeship with PEAK apprenticeships.

This will involve the apprentice having face to face tutoring sessions fortnightly as well as coaching support during the week.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Employment with PEAK as a Physical Education Coordinator.
  • Employment within a school as a school sports coach.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship

Contract length: 21 months


Salary:
£5.28 per hour
