Pettigrew Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a household name in the housebuilding industry as they look to appoint a Customer Care Administrator to their team based in Bathgate.

This business can boast one of the strongest financial positions in the industry, providing a high degree of security through any change the industry experience over the coming months.

You will join a well functioning customer care team dedicated to providingpositive customer experiences every time.

Their customer care department is integral to the experience they wish to provide their clients, and with planned expansion, they have prioritised adding to this team to ensure these standards are maintained.

Responsibilities of this role include:

Promptly responding to customer enquiries and communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and responding to all customer complaints to resolve any issues by coordinating with subcontractors and managing the diaries of our maintenance team.
Responsible for any administration tasks and have the ability to arrange meetings and appointments.
A very strong work ethic with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
A good working knowledge of IT software.
Previous After Sales or Customer Care experience within the construction industry would be advantageous but full training would be provided.
Any previous customer service or administration experience would also be beneficial.

It is worth noting that hybrid working is available with this role as is paid overtime for those who wish to undertake extra hours, all staff qualify for a universal bonus paid twice annually as well.
