    Position:
    School Art Technician


    Duration:
    ASAP / June Temporary to permanent post

    Schedule:
    Full time role - Hours within 8am - 3:30pm - to £80 per day

    Compensation:
    £80 a day upwards - Permanent salaries up to £29,777

    As a School Art Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the vibrant artistic environment of our school


    Your responsibilities will include:

    Art Supplies Management:
    Ensure that all art supplies are well-stocked and organised for various classes and projects. Coursework is photographed and catalogued.

    Assist with the maintenance and day to day running of the Art department including a hands on approach to lessons where required.


    Classroom Setup:
    Prepare and set up art classrooms with the necessary materials, ensuring a conducive environment for creative expression.

    Equipment Maintenance:
    Maintain and oversee the proper functioning of art equipment and tools, guaranteeing a safe and effective learning environment.

    Collaboration:
    Collaborate with Art Faculty to understand their specific needs and assist in implementing engaging art activities.

    Inspire Creativity:
    Encourage and inspire students to explore their artistic potential, fostering a love for art within the school community.

    Qualifications:

    Passion for art and creativity

    Organisational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

    Strong communication skills
