You will have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, our providers and our external community.In delivering the role you will be required to:
- Provide professional, detail focussed admin support across an organisation of over 50 people
- Have an understanding of our workforce makeup including working
- Coordinate holiday bookings, calculations.
- Prepare and process employee lifecycle materials including issuing contracts, pre engagement paperwork and changes to terms and conditions.
- Updating and maintaining the company systems ensuring documentation is accurately and electronically stored.
- Assist in the administration and checking of the monthly payroll.
- Report and interpret various datasets (Intermediate Excel skills desirable).
- Be a point of contact for managers regarding absences, probations, and staff leavers.
- Assist managers with the administration
- General company administration working closely with the companies group CEO
Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
