THE ROLE:

The successful Business Development Manager will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships in theatre, critical care, urology, cardiology, gynae (just to name a few) and via procurement, typically liaising with consultants, surgeons, anaesthetists, theatre managers, engineers and nurses - working with a large and varied product portfolio.


This role is all about identifying opportunity, using a strong account base to utilise all the products in your portfolio.

You will target multiple departments within a hospital, proactively approaching decisions makers and building rapport.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Or a have a strong clinical background and keen to progress into sales
  • Confident cold calling and being proactive
  • Full driving licene
Company and product training will be given, and career / earning prospects are very attractive

The Package for Business Development Manager:

  • Basic: £30,000 to £40,000
  • Commission: £20,000 to £35,000 uncapped
  • Car or £550 monthly car allowance
  • Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
