Staff Nurse

Salary:
£36,436.00-£43,586.00 per year

Our client in South Ayrshire is looking for registered nurses to join them on a permanent basis.

The client has a 88 bed home situated in a central location in Ayr and we support people with physical frailties and dementia.

They are looking to recruit registered nurses for full time or part time posts for days or nights.
Please note we are unable to offer sponsorship for overseas applicants.

Responsibilities Include:

Assess the needs and wishes of residents and translate this information into an effective care plan.
Supervise and participate in the delivery of care to the residents.
Ensures that all medicines are administered, recorded, maintained and replenished in a manner which is consistent with the home's policy.
Supervision of care staff.
Ensuring that own training and development needs are identified and recorded and training in mandatory areas is kept up to date.
Ensuring that all records relating to the care of residents are maintained in an accurate, legible, consistent and timely fashion.

Applicants should be qualified RGN's or RMN's with a genuine interest in supporting older people

We are offering a competitive salary as well as a bonus of £1000 after completing a 13 week successful probationary period.
