Description
The People Officer will be responsible for the delivery of key projects and activities through the development of new and existing people systems and the provision of quality data and information in order to deliver the 2023 People Strategy.
This may includeassisting in the design and coordination of new people systems, HR metric measurements, producing reports and organisation charts.
Profile
- A sound understanding of HR and Organisational Development processes
- Previous experience of collating data and creating reports
- Excellent MS Excel skills
