Customer Service Administrator

Our well-established client based in Birmingham is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

**Duties of the Customer Service Administrator include but are not limited to: - **- Liaising with third party couriers

Assisting with customers on the trade counter facetoface
Attending to the website enquires
Taking orders via phone and inputting to the system
Being a handson member of the team, assisting with stock counts in the warehouse
Generating returns for customers

This is a full-time role working Monday
