Our well-established client based in Birmingham is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
- Assisting with customers on the trade counter facetoface
- Attending to the website enquires
- Taking orders via phone and inputting to the system
- Being a handson member of the team, assisting with stock counts in the warehouse
- Generating returns for customers
- Friday.
