Alperton, Middlesex

£27,950 + Pension + Parking
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Accounts Clerk with good commercial experience to join a fantastic local organisation who we have worked with for many years

Some of your duties will include:

Assisting with the purchase ledger function and processing supplier cheque and BACs payments
Inputting invoices onto ledger system and forwarding to line Managers for payment approval
Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders and allocating nominal codes
Reconciling supplier statements with computer records and investigating anomalies
Ensuring that supplier payments are processed in accordance with agreed payment terms
Maintaining filing system holding copies of all invoices which have been processed and paid
