Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a rapidly growing international business to recruit for a qualified Finance Business Partner.

Working as a key part of a highly commercial finance team, you will ensure that your team delivers high quality businesspartnering across multiple business units.

Therefore, previous experience of at least one direct report is a key requirement for this role.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Business partnering across a number of key divisions to explain and drive performance within the business
  • Full ownership of the annual budgeting and business planning process
  • Deliver Management reporting and take the lead on management accounting tasks
  • Developing relationships with senior stakeholders, including COO, CTO, and the finance leadership team
  • Management and development of a small team
  • Establish, maintain and improve operating and business metrics and dashboards/reports to improve accuracy and pace of decision making
  • Track and monitor all budget expenditures. mitigate financial risks and achieve budget challenge
  • Redesigning the Finance processes to ensure a robust and efficient process
Salary - £60K - £65K + Bonus

Hybrid working (2 days office)


Key skills / experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven background working in a similar business partnering role
  • Experience of leading and developing a team is essential
  • Ability to articulate complex financial information to nonfinance stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience of building relationships with the Senior Leadership Team
