    Description

    Ref: 610Role: Lettings ManagerSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOELocation: Barnsley (S75)Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday)Our client is an estate agent where a personal service is central to everything they do. They place great emphasis on communication and building strong client relationships.Benefits:

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Carrying out property lettings valuations in person
    • Meeting new landlords and growing the department
    • Responsible for generating new lettings business.
    • Managing existing Landlord relationships, liaising with clients on a regular basis
    • Creating and preparing all lettings marketing material
    • Carrying out lettings property viewings
    • Processing new tenancy applications
    • Preparing tenancy agreements
    • Carrying out inventories, check ins & check outs.
    • Dealing with property maintenance issues
    • Issuing the relevant legal notices
    • Dealing with bonds and bond disputes.
    The successful candidate:
    • Lettings manager experience - essential
    • Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle..
    • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
    • Ability to work under own initiative.
    • Good telephone manner
    • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
    • Strong attention to detail
