ROLE - IT Service Desk Analyst
LOCATION - West London
SALARY - £30,000 - £35,000
PERMANENT
We have partnered with a global consumables manufacturing company based in West London who are going through a period of growth right now and are hiring for an IT Service Desk Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis.
This IT Service Desk Analyst will be joining a market leading organisation, this opportunity has become available as a direct result of business growth and offers career growth, working with new technology and the opportunity to work on a host of exciting newprojects.
Hybrid working is available
The IT Service Desk Analyst will ideally have the following skills/experience:
- Windows 7 & Windows 10
- Office 36
- Building, configuring and troubleshooting Laptops and personal devices
- Supporting users remotely and onsite
- Network/Wi-Fi connectivity
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organised
The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for:
- Carrying out user support on a number of devices
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of all support documentation
- Network patching & connectivity
- Supporting Head of IT in the delivery of daytoday support activities and IT projects
- Coordinating and escalating IT breakdowns with senior technicians and 3rd parties
