Team CoordinatorSalary:
£14.81 per hour
This is a temporary opportunity for a Team Coordinator to work within a leading education charity. As Team Coordinator you will be working in a busy, fast paced environment supporting two senior level staff members.
Team Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support including diary management, booking travel, and scheduling
- Supporting meetings, including booking venues and catering, coordinating RSVPs, agendas and taking minutes for regular and adhoc meetings
- Supporting delivery of events or networks
- Supporting budget management including tracking spending and raising POs
- Act as a key information point for team data and information; support new starter induction
- Engage with the coordinator community of practice to enable continuous improvement
- Office management where needed
Team Coordinator Essentials:
- Proven experience of providing highlevel support in fastpaced environment, involving diary management, managing expenses, and minute taking
- Exceptional organisation, planning and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise own and others' workloads
- Strong MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
