Youwill need to be business focused, results driven, creative, organised andbe able to meet tight deadlines and have exceptional for your brand, KeyResponsibilities Strategic Objectives and Brand Development FinancialManagement Product Development and Portfolio Management CommunicationsContent Creation and Management PR, Trade and Consumer AdvertisingMerchandising Promotions Exhibition & Events Management GeneralOverview; Support the Marketing Manager in their daily role and helpdeliver the marketing and communications strategy in-line withpre-determined brand objectives.
Manage and execute day-to-day activitiesassociated with all marketing including project management, activitytracking and reporting. Help to support Marketing, Social Media, SalesTeam, E-commerce, Education, Customer Support, Design, International Salesand all internal departments. Support training other colleagues and mostimportantly, salons and spa partners.Build relationships with and supportmanagement of third-party agencies, including PR and editorial,copywriters, collateral and merchandising production and printers –checking marketing copy, co-ordinating sign off of all marketing materials,ensuring the design and messaging meet brand objectives and guidelines.
Ensure all projects are completed within the given timescales and withgiven budget Person Specifications:Minimum of 2 years marketing experienceDegree educated in marketing or business Passion for retail, fashion,cosmetics, jewellery, hair care or skin care Highly organised withimpeccable attention to detail Very results driven Creative yet AnalyticalAbility to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Crisp Recruitment Ltdis a local recruitment consultancy based in Hatfield .
