Job Summary:


To support the East of England Provider Collaborative establish and maintain the systems that will enable all partners to have ongoing oversight and management of bed usage across the region and out of area.

To deliver a high quality service working with service users and staff to ensure 4practices that respond effectively to both individual and service need.

The post holder will lead in the provision of a comprehensive, professional, effective administrative service to the Single Point of Access and Patient Flow Team.

The post holder is the first point of reference and as such must display a considerable degree of initiative, possess mature judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with all who come in contact with the team including service users, their relatives, colleagues and visitors.
