Description

The Service Watch Team Leader role will be responsible for leading the Service Watch team and day to day performance of the external Service Providers.


You will:

  • Lead, motivate, manage and develop the Service Watch team with a focus on providing excellence in service delivery while maximising productivity
  • Work directly with Service Manager and Service Team to manage the external Service providers and associated Client accounts
  • Embrace best practice, innovation, continuous improvement and meets regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Ensure accuracy of repair Management Information, Key Performance data and Orbit repair data
  • Ensure customers repair experiences meet and exceed our expectations
  • Ensure the Service Watch team are customer focused and support the delivery of a market leading, cost effective and timely repair service.
  • Liaise with Customer Service teams and associated service areas to deliver effective joint working.
  • Lead the day to day management of Service Watch team including the scheduling of the workloads, tracking external Service Provider KPIs, identifying performance issues and implement resolutions
  • Collaborate with the Client Managers to delivery an excellent repair services to our customers in accordance with the D&Gs policies, procedures and service standards
  • Identify and implement alongside the Client Managers continuous service improvements
  • Where a OEMs have unsatisfactory performance, share findings and suggestions with the Client Manager and provide them with the necessary performance information to implement processes improvements with the OEM
